Integrative health coaching is process to explore wellness and health from a holistic perspective.  Many health goals are lifestyle changes in which success in achieving the goals is impacted by many facets in our lives, not just food and activity, but also your environment and the areas that inspire you to feel alive and engaged. Lifestyle changes may be, but are not limited to, weight challenges, healthier food choices, physical activity, sleep, or self-care.

At the core of health coaching is mindfulness, character strengths, and concepts of positive psychology.  The process focuses on your optimal health vision, the values associated with it, and how it can support you to achieve your health goals. Functional Medicine is a holistic, systems approach to wellness and chronic conditions.  It integrates many interventions that stem from the foundation of lifestyle changes.  Both Integrative Health Coaching and Functional Medicine look further to seek the root cause, to go beyond the surface. Bringing these concepts into reality involves time, bridging these visions and values with a plan, providing resources, and placing steps into action to achieve goals. As an Integrative Health Coach, I will partner with you to create a lifestyle of health you enjoy.
